Playground is looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in the digital world.
Overview
You’ll guide a team of designers, copywriters and developers in carrying out ongoing activities for our key accounts, taking care of the initiation, planning, execution and supervision of tasks.
Ongoing activities include the production of weekly e-commerce site updates, e-commerce service pages, landing pages, online ADV and CRM campaigns.
Main responsibilities
Gather customer requirements and ensure that the objectives and activities in the project scope are precisely defined
Identify potential project risks and propose preventive actions in order to mitigate/avoid them
Check and update the schedule shared with the client during the project planning phase
Identify and proposing corrective actions in case of delays in activities
Take care of monthly reporting activities for the control of project margins and budgets
Ensure the quality of outputs in accordance with the established budget
Coordinate activities and communications via a PMIS (e.g. Monday, Jira, Asana)
Liaise with the sales team to facilitate up-selling of new activities according to the needs expressed by the client
Skills and qualifications
At least 2 years previous experience managing digital design and development projects (e.g. websites, landing pages, eCommerce)
Ability to support the sales team in formalising quotations
Knowledge of the workflow and phases that constitute a digital communication project
Confidence in managing a project with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project characteristics
Proficiency in presenting analyses and results to project stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
Experience in using a PMIS (e.g. Monday, Jira, Asana)
Fluent knowledge of written/spoken English (B2 or higher)
Ability to organise, plan, control and achieve objectives
Sense of responsibility and professionalism
Predisposition to interpersonal relations and problem solving
Aptitude for order, precision and attention to detail

Who we are
